Good morning IGer’s… My name is Matthew. WOW! What a night!! Sandy really did some damage to NYC and Long Island. I work in midtown as a graphic artist and I also am a photographer on the side. I was really excited to show you my perspective of the city today but unfortunately I am not able to go to work today because of the LIRR so I’ll be showing you around Long Island. If I can get around, there are trees down everywhere. I woke up this morning and was afraid to look out the window and see the damage. When I opened the blinds, I was greeted with this beautiful blue sky (well at least a little). Everywhere I look, there is something damaged! Hope everyone is safe.
